Associate Director of Development
Islands of Brilliance (IOB) is seeking an experienced, outgoing, and organized Associate Director of Development to help with the planning and execution of donor cultivation activities, donor communication materials, seasonal fundraising campaigns, and events. This new position will work closely with the Executive Director, Director of Marketing, and our Philanthropy Consultant to plan and execute all aspects of IOB’s fundraising efforts. The position will also provide significant growth opportunities with the ability to contribute to ongoing major grant applications.

Brilliant Fellows
We are currently seeking two Brilliant Fellows to implement programming in the following communities: Viroqua and Wausau.
Implementation of programming involves carry-out of weekly objectives provided to Brilliant Fellows by the Islands of Brilliance curricular design team. Brilliant Fellows will guide and coach participants and volunteers in each IOB workshop to ensure they feel supported and can engage positively.
